But yes court cases are never good but we have time on our side
The other companies that lost their projects need to prove how they could get the money to supply the said railway line to port.
So AVIMA was close but could they gather the said finance to do the railway line to port
Or will they pay some to BESTWAY to do it or do a J V....mmmmm
Time will tell but things could be held up....imo
