From my perspective, yes grant them the licenses back, and get this show on the road for the benefit of all, but then who funds the development of Mbalam and Nabeba? Unfortunately, SDL don't have the money to do this, they were hoping that ANS would stump up the coin from Chinese sources, which is the only source of funding available I'd posit.

I'm still awaiting any official staements from the Congo side.
