That's what we are hoping for, 1 announcement can change sentiment & it's usually when a stock looks dead that management tend to pull a rabbit out of a hat. I really wonder what they were thinking trying to issue performance shares in March/April with a strike price between $1.20 to $2? McGovern will need more than rabbits though, a tier 1 telco with some juicy numbers will do the trick.
