Yep a good time to buy (if you're looking to hold) is just before, or on, the close of a high volume day. Some traders that are still holding will exit at all costs. And some of the traders caught in the TH may have held until close to extract the highest possible price (FAIL).
I suspect today will be a green day and will see us edge closer to 10c. All IMO.
