yes ofcourse and especially today since its at a strong resistance point. so a close above resistance (10c) will be a good sign and under 10c maybe not a good sign as history tends to repeat itself it always gets rejected from this area and falls down so I wouldn't be buying today until I see the candle 10mins into the final hour if I was gonna get in. If no news comes I can see it getting rejected look at the sell depth full of sellers at 10c and beyond
