Keeping price sensitive and critical information without releasing is against ASX continuous disclosure rules and is punishable under the Corporations Act. Tony is far more experienced (as a broker and company CEO) to pull a stunt like that. It might be better to check your facts first before posting such blatantly incorrect statement. Bottom line, if a company comes into material news, it has two options. A) request a halt in trading to give it time to compose an Ann, or B) release immediately.
