Of course they would retrace in a crash, no argument there, but commensurate with rest of market I don't know, and a "crash" we may not see, or may not be as bad as GFC. I don't think the lessons of the GFC have been completely forgotten, and people are a little more cautious these days.

Things will cool off at the very least I agree, will it be a crash (who knows?), but whatever it is gives me a chance to dollar cost average in my favor if and when things pull back. I'm happy to buy more on the way up as KRC continues to prove itself and improve it prospects, and even more happy to buy more on dips.
