I sold out a while ago but I kept reading the forums as I will be looking to re-enter provided we can prove the company financially, the company has a 90M market cap on what essentially is a company holding non-producing assets. Another company of mine is around the same MC with billions of dollars in the ground AND financially viable, but also not producing yet. The SP reflects the current status of the assets, once we can prove the financials of each projects and start producing then we should see an appropriate response. Long term I see no worries if the projects are viable, sit back and relax. Short term, if you have been watching the SP there are falls followed up by a rise so if you know how to then ride the wave. Anyone relatively new to KRC look at the announcements, DYOR and take whatever you read here (including my own posts) with a pinch of salt as everyone has their own agenda and can be wrong.
