KRC chart, page-469

Thanks for the advice but I've already had a good look at some Technical analysis, and have used some of Charles Koonitz's ideas for some of the bluechips we own. However for a company such as KRC I prefer to use some of the due diligence techniques from the M&A sector, particularly Lajoux & Elson 2000. We are, after all, looking at buying a company (beit a small part of the company) and a company still in its infancy, with no income stream but having completed a couple of capital raisings. Pick TA vs M&A techniques for a KRC valuation? M&A every time for me. Maybe once the cash starts flowing I'll go back to Mr Koonitz. Yes I do do my own research.
