The flurospar is 100% owned by KRC. TB did say the flurospar was easier to mine, was in demand and we'd get more value for exporting it and so that to me is hinting that TB will mine or do an off take supply of concentrate with the flurospar and this will set KRC up with the V and a JV. I don't think that FMG will be our JV for the V. I don't see a T/O happening to KRC either as by the time the SS on the flurospar and V are announced to the market our MC will be a lot healthier and beefed up for an attractive JV partner.
