I've found him to be genuine. He's currently speaking well of WFE, AVL, EVE, KRC, TAW, FMG, SYA, TLS, and more. He makes predictions and reminds us when his predictions come true. Generally he will post SP value and volume traded on a share, and express an opinion of support, breakout and prediction of next target price, and his opinions are offered free. He's passionate about affordable housing for the next generation. As I holder of multiple properties, I let that through to the keeper. He also believes in legalising Marijuana, I have no opinion. I hate Telstra with a passion given their monopoly performance in the past but acknowlege there 5G network is going to the NBN a shock. I've only been here a couple of years. He has been a Godsend to me. I was burning money hand-over-fist reading the Financial Review, buying blue chips, and acting on the advice of the "TV Gurus". They are so far away frome the real story.
