I guess a positive to take out of this is that there are some developments happen in the region to help unlock it to trade etc.
A small step in the development of the countries export business.
May not be in relation to SDL but at least there is movement in the area.
Hopefully not too long now until the rest can be said for SDL's required infrastructure.
