I had visited the Kris Energy web site a few times to see if they had any more info on the Vn jv's only to find that they have a pretty big operation around Asia (compared to NEN).
Looks like an interesting private equity company - lot's of fingers in lot's of pies.
Could be worth a closer look if it goes to IPO.
