Offshore Vietnam, the Cua Lo-1 exploration well in Block 105-110/04 (“Block 105”) commenced drilling on 11 August 2013 and the Ca Ngu-1 exploration well in Block 120 began drilling on 21 October 2013. Drilling operations at both wells have been disrupted due to typhoon activity in the region resulting in several rig evacuations, as well as other operational matters such as strong currents and side-track drilling;
