No doubt it may mean toast for those on borrowed funds/levearged play or simply expecting a short term result.
These typhoons are playing havoc with time lost. I'm guessing we probably loose about 11 days per storm by the time drilling ceases, everything is made secure, the rig is evacuated for 3-4 days and then the reinstatement process before drilling ahead can recommence.
