I agree that "Partners will be informed what, when and how by ENI." but NEN is ASX listed & has a duty of diclosure.

The rigs must be evacuated. Why not just come out & say it? While they are at it, depth drilled so far, timelines, extent of logging etc as you say. A REASONABLE progress report.

Agreed this is all material.

What I don't agree with is your statement that NEN are doing a poor job communicating with shareholders, because this implies they are doing 'A' job, which they clearly are not!

If KC couldn't word a reasonable, safely worded update on the return flight from Vietnam to Perth, then maybe he shouldn't be in the role.

Simply not good enough!!
