For decades now, in the matter of immigration, since the election of that devious player John Howard politicians in Australia have ignored the will of the electorate and have done exactly and only what they wish ( or find expedient as you say ).
The only politician over that same period who has unfailingly spoken up for Australians and Australia is Pauline Hanson.
