She’s just towing the line IMO - and let’s face it, it’s the truth. There isn’t a substitute for the Chinese consumer, for the moment.
I will be looking for the company’s growth in Vietnam, and potentially other new markets outside of China, as a measure of whether the company is showing some strategic initiative in trying to reduce its reliance on a single market which may / may not be there at some future point should geopolitical tensions escalate.
