Legin, nice work on all the posts.

From my view, I see Bayan taking over the Roo within 12 months. You do not take up that many shares in a company and be satisfied with that percentage holding.

The SP has a floor or appears to have a floor. Strange as it may seem that that can occur, but if you consider this, its a pretty strong position to be batting from and not to many other companies that trade on the ASX would have this luxury.

KRL will begin to mature with its coal production shortly and Bayan will want to ensure they get the right mix of SP increase whilst potentially not paying to much for a company that has significant production ramp-up possibilities. Don't think it will go anywhere near a dollar but it certainly won't be this price by the end of June. Bayan have already decoupled themselves from WEC and I believe they are very impressed with O'Keeffe's capabilities and the way he can do business in Indonesia. The Roo appears to be the their Australian coal vessel of choice.

I would make sure I was going along to the AGM for any potential annoucnements.
Thats my opinion only and everyone should do their own research.
