    Talk about being overleveraged. This could drag on for months, you willing to wait 6-10 months for a project and miss other opportunities? Unlike most here you wont last that long. You'll sell on the next little spike up to 3.6, or ultimately if it drops 3.2 you'll sell for a loss LOL
