I think you would have seen more selling if it was factoring appeals. Market waiting now and a few taking a punt and post EOFY selling has all but dried up. So you're either buying. ow in a hope for no successful appeals or your selling because you believe downside on appeals. I'm in the camp that the company has mitigated any potential appeal with the quality of their submissions and stewardship. No gauruntees for me though or you all just a hope and a dream still.
