August 5th is the cut off date. You would think that 3 weeks or less we will know if there is any relevant appeal deemed viable in the courts. To my non specific knowledge some appeals have been made and already rejected. So let's assume that's the best chance they had of appealing and they were the only appeals the courts could take seriously. So what do they have to appeal? What could the actually throw at us that is worthy of consideration considering rejections already and the rigorous process to get this far? I'm leaning more towards drilling in Dec than ever before.
