    Cash Backing is increasing as they are pulling a decent interest rate from the Cash in the bank.
    The BHP JV has tremendous value but not sure you can classify it as Cash..
    Plus the 2700 acres of tenements
    and Royalty share from the previous project

    Management must still be chewing through those near term project profiles ,, didn't Fabian say he had looked at 200 projects ??
