I don't believe we are close on a new project at all. if we were the SP would be moving in the other direction. Nothing has changed here at all. Nothing. And they aren't taking their time to find one just so they can buy a lemon and make things worse.
the general spec market is absolutely cooked. Our corporate development manager has done an amazing job spreading the word about KRM. Ans it's on def ears because the market is shot. I too are in a similar position of those selling now likely needing cash to fund life.
What would be even sader is if we pick up a legitimate project and the SP only returns to 5 or 6c. That would be an even bigger kick in the teeth.
