Company doing as much as it can
If you expect instant gratification then this company is not for you to be honest
You may as well sell up, company needs the drill bits to do the talking, but of course that won't be tommorow. You will have to be patient with this one. If you are not then you are not doing yourself a favour at all, in fact this will apply to every company, company's only have so much influence on the SP
