That’s true. But it also depends on what the end goal is for Fabian. With his track record, I believe it’s to make a significant discovery and then sell it to a major. If that is the goal then buying into the company will be the way he makes a packet- not through a small annual salary

Yes not implying that management are taking small salaries for any other reason than they back themselves to make a significant discovery.
