    39 here and hoping to get that house outright in a year or so, but still on the tools and happy to remain so to some degree.

    Sounds like there's a group here where it'd be great to see some gains and raise some beers one day

    Been a high volume fortnight. If we can settle that volume and hold this price range then the next news in June will hopefully buck the trend
