    Commods don't need to be sexy, they need to be big and high grade. they have a past producing mine, they have a brownfield project that on a desktop study is one of the best in the world, and have a possible JV with BHP. Having $35 mill cash is very important in this market, it allows you to build the right team and define resources without diluting.
