A few points here

• ~$30m cash in hand is not only good to keep you afloat for the foreseeable but also means you could buy advanced / prospective tenements
• $10m potential commission on previously sold gold asset
• As fbx258 said, there's the management's past experience
• As snorth89 said, the desktop study has our brownfield as highest grade project in the world. And these brownfield projects didn't have the modern geophys or deep drilling employed
• Not a sexy commodity?! Mate.... the near term is copper/nickel, and nickel seems to be starting to get the hype that lithium now fully enjoys. And the PGE space is *currently* not all that sexy but with Russia no longer trading its PGE to the West and with South Africa struggling to even get the energy to run their smelters, that's 70% of global supply for PGE shut off during the beginning of a drive for decarbonisation which rely on these elements.

In my opinion, KRM has the potential to be sitting on high grade assets of 5-6+ different elements that are critical for the world and Western world in particular.
