Unless the Directors were found to be negligent and that caused the death you wont have any recourse, it will be a work place death. Otherwise the Indonesian's would have prosecuted and convicted the Directors in 2012. Also many Directors insurances only cover creditors alas not equity holders ie Shareholders. From the gold levels , especially the hanging wall could they not just cut a wider shaft to that area of the mine? forget about pumping the whole mine dry at once, isolate and close off areas of the redundant previously mined areas and utilse the pumps in the gold laden areas. Did they even get the pumps to the mine prior to administration?
The one interest I still have is how much shareholder funds went on consultants and management and obviously not mining activity. (Millions) plus what about KRM holding Bullion?
