seems like environment approval can take up to 6 months, so they are using the max timeframe when allowing for it.
This would mean March 24 drilling worst case? Leaving 2 months to go hard at drilling. Suspect you could still drill 7,500-12,500m.
Its a tough one because he already has 400 drill pads set out to drill it... as per his own words "we know where to drill".... im happy waiting as im walking into a high chance discovery... with Rana and Karenhaugen as "free" kickers for additional discoveries while we wait (both of those drilling in/from August this year). So we get to July, and then its news flow through to Penikat.
