Thank you Lekki & U812 "Misleading and deceptive conduct" can cover a multitude of things, and really does not give any indication of the actual problem. But it seems we can only wait until the 25th July for more info. Being fairly ignorant of Corporate law, I would have thought they would have to put up something more substantial, rather than just a vague "misleading & deceptive conduct " However your reply is appreciated. i have been with APG for over 10 years and do still believe in the final outcome, regardless of the obstacles placed in the way.
