You are right, there have been many deadlines that have not been met. Some have been the fault of the company, but many had outside influence. there also has been times in the past when company executives have placed themselves in financial jepoardy to ensure that the company continued to operate.
As many here have pointed out. this is a "penny dreadful" and as such, you take the risk when you purchase. and I am not complaining. however I believe the integrity of the executives is without question, and at this stage I see no reason to doubt the completion of the plant on time as stated in the last report.
