just read up on Kronos...so here I was thinking this company had built some great tech and IP (they talk a lot about their R&D investment). in reality they are a front end to Kronos. please someone correct me if I have this wrong because if that's the case, then what exactly is their competitive advantage. Kronos already sell to customers like Skilled Group and many others. they indeed have a pretty impressive customer base so why would you buy WFM from Damstra?
their strategy is looking more and more like a buffet of acquisitions. the only way I can see them adding value is to make all their products 'play' nicely together which is extremely challenging to do and recent poor results may be a strong indicator that it's just not working out and customers who drank the 'orchestration' kool aid are waking up.
so glad I dodged this stock! DYOR
