just read up on Kronos...so here I was thinking this company had built some great tech and IP (they talk a lot about their R&D investment). in reality they are a front end to Kronos. please someone correct me if I have this wrong because if that's the case, then what exactly is their competitive advantage. Kronos already sell to customers like Skilled Group and many others. they indeed have a pretty impressive customer base so why would you buy WFM from Damstra? their strategy is looking more and more like a buffet of acquisitions. the only way I can see them adding value is to make all their products 'play' nicely together which is extremely challenging to do and recent poor results may be a strong indicator that it's just not working out and customers who drank the 'orchestration' kool aid are waking up. so glad I dodged this stock! The issue has only affected Kronos hosted services, and as a customer hosted user there has been no impact on our systems.
Data protection is of the upmost importance to Damstra, and we have everything in place in regards to security and compliance for business continuity.
