That is the conclusion I have made too, just a series of integrated products from acquisitions - probably poorly executed too. Software and hardware wise nothing innovative. Customer retention figures will show if customers really find value in this mashup of offerings, or if after using the system for a few years they leave. In the modern software subscription marketplace customer retention equates to customers finding continued value.
