Recent update on Krotz Springs said the workover was scheduled for July 13. Unlike Allen Dome/Sergent Ranch this is hooked up for gas and if successful and produces at the lower range of the estimate (3mcf and 150 bbls of condensate per day) TTE`s 50% will come in at around 325 boepd using 6,000 standard cubic feet of gas as equivalent to one barrel of oil.
All eyes are on the caprock but Krotz Springs could give a big production uplift on its`own - and soon.
