I was thinking on similar lines, perhaps a JV partner is requiring certain testing be included in the report?
Pure speculation of course, not sure what the finer details are in regards to compliance although I've read many a PFS that were based on very very loose assumptions so I'm glad KRR is taking the route of undergoing rigorous testing to provide a higher degree of certainty/reliability in the figures.
