Actually, from a pricing perspective, 5n is worth quite a bit more than 4n per tonne. But it takes more effort (read capex and open) to achieve it, assuming the orebody and associated chemistry allows it.
On the subject of quality, you can go beyond 5n to 6n etc; it denotes purity, the number denoting the count of '9's value in the percentage.
