Yes Tas Troy...............you would have 3Mil KRR at what ever the SP is at that time.
If the SP when you have recieved your shares [exercised] is 15c then you have effectively bought them @ 0.12c
Its (1) one Option converts to (1) one Share of KRR [1:1]. It does not matter [within reason] what the strike price is because you will pay 0.12c per share to KRR regardless if the SP is 12c,15c,20c or 30c.
