Please state how you come up with a CR right now or in the near future? Based on what ??

We have over $1 Mil cash in hand and credit line from CEO.

Operation costs are minimal, near non existent until undertaking the DFS.

The oppies have every chance of being in the money with the up coming PFS and supplying ALL future cash needs past 12 mths.

Scare mongering by calling a CR are we? Want a last cheap grab at shares?

PS DOES ANYONE understand what happens if the Oppies come into the money [12c] and are converted? What this means for this Project and Company?
It means NO need for a JV , or funding for a DFS, Gold drilling etc.
We would be able to self fund all this for the next 18 mths!
