You will have to pay 12c for every share you wish to convert. It does not matter what you paid for them, so if you want to convert 1,000,000 options YOU will have to pay 1,000,000 * $0.12 per share ie $120,000.

If you cannot afford to convert them all then convert what you can but the rest will expire before the 31 July ie worth $0.

If you can only convert say 100,000 options you should look to sell the rest for the best price you can get.

If the KRR share price is < $0.12 then it would make no sense to convert any, hopefully this is not the case.
