To exercise an option means to put into effect the right specified in the options contract. An options contract gives the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an underlying security at a specified price on or before an expiration date.

So it gives you the right[not obligation] to exercise your options before 31st July. See my previous post.

you must PAY the Company [KRR] whatever the amount of Options you have times [X] 0.12c [exercise price]

in other words you BUY the shares at 0.12c direct from the Company and usually the SP is much higher [say 15c] and have profit.

It should be noted the Company [KRR] makes the amount the shares cost you and this helps prevent more CR happening. Its a METHOD of raising Funds [Cash] for the company without the SP drop [usually happens] and gives us shareholders a chance to buy cheaper shares than the current SP actually is.

Remember you need the cash to convert @ 0.12c...........or just sell on the open market whenever [before expiry]
