I would not say he had any skills at all...........I would suggest he 'bought' the unions..........voters needed a change because howard stopped listening....... and there were the stories of bus loads of union people turning up and bullying the people to vote for labour...........the 24/7 media coverage.........but hey if you dont listen to those radio stations or watch ??? ch 7 is it...........then its all lost...... now the unions have had enuff..............and how many million dollars did they cough up to get him in............and how quickly that has soured..............oh and where is his right hand man today...........gilliard I mean..........and swan stuffing up the resources with the chinese.......... they are fiddling while rome burns.......
