page 63, fin review today, how the pm handed over the money when he was in ny,.... us$10 billion dollars... the article is on the 2nd last page....did not see it reported elsewhere..... all the news going on about swan giving 4 billion to our banks ??? which ones, not the big 4...others to provide competition....what competition...they all charge the same , miniscule difference of .025..... yet almost nothing about tipping in 10 billion to US banks...thats more than 3/4 of the surplus fund gone in a day.....11.9 and 4 = 15.9 billion...they only had 19 bill to play with.....
