    That's him laughing when he realises the poor dumb Australians are not only paying his pension as an ex PM - but they are now paying his new exorbitant salary as an ambassador

    Last time I heard double dipping was a no-no

    Obviously OK our China-friendly ex PM who strangely has decided to move to the US and not China
