Shorten was 'cocksure' he'd win and 'cocksure' Trump would not be the Leader of the Free World. Wrong on both counts. ALP spokespersons seem to have too much to say for themselves and when they make commentary on foreign leaders they seem to end up with egg all over their faces. Their commie heritage shines through and they can't help themselves when it comes to criticising and commenting on US politics.
If it wasn't for the USA and the Republican Presidents Roosevelt and Truman then Australian politicians would be having to ask the Japanese for permission to comment.
