When you fly in a plane and look down over the land, there's no "Greece" or "Australia" marked on it (like there is on a map). We made these words up. "Greece", "Australia", "Finland", "Antarctica"... just words with no inherent reality. What about everyone just drops their nationality? Wouldn't that work better? Then we can just watch a tennis competition and not worry about who comes from where.
