I wouldn't call that a panic, but these have been 0.6 bid 0.7 offer for months, so it is a major move.
It will be interesting to see if all of those offering at 0.6 get hoovered up.
I think the move is out of boredom of day traders more than anything else. Nothing has changed on my radar.
