You did the right thing checking other sources for reliability. One thing that stood out to me in it was the Saudi govt wanting to create 1.2 million private sector jobs and get the bludgers working. That means building houses among other capital works rojects.
If anything I see it reaffirming the MOU with FBR more than anything.
